Before becoming a Realtor, I spent over 20 years as a senior management professional and entrepreneurial leader in both small and large organizations. My specialization was in management systems consultancy within the construction industry, which included instructing, introducing, documenting, and implementing effective policies and procedures. Also, I am a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and a Luxury Homes Specialist (LHC).

 

Despite my business background, where I helped various types of businesses achieve their goals, I am also a martial artist. I hold the title of Certified Master Instructor in Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and proudly bear a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Karate. My martial arts background helps me remain self-disciplined, humble, approachable, and always open to answering questions or assisting someone in need.

 

For thirteen years, I owned and managed a neighborhood plaza in Richmond Hill while concurrently operating my own Martial Arts gym.

 

With the knowledge and experience I've gained over the years, I believe in full transparency. It starts with helping you understand the right questions to ask, maintaining open communication around the clock, and setting realistic expectations when it comes to your property. I firmly believe that you should feel confident throughout every step of the buying/selling real estate process.

 

In addition to assisting clients with achieving their real estate aspirations, I lead an active lifestyle and enjoy reading about health, business, and leadership. I happily reside with my wife and three sons in Aurora.
